Returns & Exchanges

    Your satisfaction is our priority and we hope that your order has met your expectations. If, however, you change your mind about any product/s you ordered from us, we gladly accept returns of stock items within 40 days of the original invoice date for an exchange or refund. We cannot accept returns for special or custom orders and personalised products.

    Please note that you will be required to arrange and pay for the goods to be returned to us. In the case of exchanges, we can only process like for like exchanges for a different colour or size of the same style.

     

     

    HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE GOODS

    1. Please fill out the Return Form included in your order and send the package to us using a secure, trackable method. If you need a copy of the Return Form, you can find it here. Please remember to request proof of postage. We cannot be held liable for any items lost during transit before they reach our warehouse.
    2. We will send you an email to let you know either when the product you requested in exchange is being sent to you, or when your return has been processed. Please allow 5 business days from the date we receive your return for your item to be sent in exchange or for your refund to be processed. All refunds will be in the same form as the original payment.
