We do our best to keep prices competitive for the global brand products we carry that are available in the Greek Cypriot market. Should you find a better price in the Greek Cypriot market for a product that is the same brand and colour we may be able to match the price.

To search for a product, you can browse our website by clicking on the tabs at the top of each webpage. Or if you are searching for something specific, type the desired product name into the search tab at the top right of the webpage and we will show you everything on the website related to your search.

There is no minimum quantity for stock items. There may be a minimum quantity associated with non-stock and made to order items.

If you would like a sample of a product that is in stock, the procedure is the same as a purchase and you may return the goods within 40 days of the invoice date for a full refund. We can give you a refund provided that the goods have not been worn, damaged, washed or altered. We cannot refund items that are not in their original condition. If you would like a logo print or embroidery sample before placing an order, you can email us your artwork at customerservice@arisuniforms.com to receive a price quotation.

We offer Trouser shortening at the cost of 5 EUR /item. 

Make sure to check the item’s care label for washing instructions. Each item has its specific washing, drying and ironing specification. 

Our e-shop currently ships within Cyprus and Greece. We are able to provide international shipping, please contact us with your request at customerservice@arisuniforms.com 

Stock items are delivered in 1-2 business days within Cyprus and up to 5 business days to Greece. You will be contacted by the courier company regarding the delivery of your order.

Each delivery has a tracking number of which you will notified by email.

If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note with information about the next delivery attempt or how to contact them.

We offer shipping options with ACS Courier and Box Now courier services. International deliveries will be quoted with the most economical or express delivery options.

Yes, an option for this will be given at the e-shop checkout page.

Simply select the item you wish to shop, choose your desired colour, size and quantity. Click the ‘add to bag’ button.

Place your order by clicking on the ‘checkout’ button. 

If you wish to change the details within an order, it will need to be cancelled and a new order must be placed. You can try to cancel your order immediately after placing it by calling our customer service team at +357 25753490. Once the order has been dispatched, we will no longer be able to cancel it. If you have been unable to cancel your order, once you receive it you may return it for a refund or exchange, please see our Returns & Exchanges policy for further information

It is our priority to ensure that you receive your order quickly. Therefore, it is often the case that the order has already been shipped, so that we cannot make any further changes. We invite you to return the order to us for a full refund or exchange, please see our Returns & Exchanges policy for further information.

We will inform you by email once the return is received and is being processed for an exchange or refund.

The invoice/delivery note in the parcel you have received will detail all the items that should be included in it. If an item is listed and not in the parcel, please contact us by email at customerservice@arisuniforms.com and we will look into this matter without delay.
