How do I Subsribe/ Unsubscribe to the Newsletter?
Our newsletters will keep you up to date with all our latest news, new arrivals and promotions. To unsubscribe from our e-mail newsletter, simply click the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of your latest newsletter e-mail and you will no longer be on our mailing list.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS AND PERSONAL DETAILS.
It is easy to change your account details. Simply click here and login to your account to amend your details and enter any new information.
PROBLEMS SIGNING INTO MY ACCOUNT/ FORGOTTEN PASSWORD.
If you are having difficulties accessing your account, firstly we recommend you double check that the email address and password are correctly typed. If you cannot remember your sign in details, please click on the ‘forgot password’ link where you will need to enter your email address. We will then send you a link so that you can create a new password and carry on browsing.
DO YOU OFFER PRICE MATCHING?
We do our best to keep prices competitive for the global brand products we carry that are available in the Cypriot market. Should you find a better price in the Cypriot market for a product that is the same brand and colour we may be able to match the price. We adjust pricing of previous purchases to match any current promotional pricing within 10 days from the purchase date.
How do I search for a product?
To search for a product, you can browse our website by clicking on the tabs at the top of each webpage. Or if you are searching for something specific, type the desired product name into the search tab at the top right of the webpage and we will show you everything on the website related to your search.
Is there a minimum quantity i must order?
There is no minimum quantity for stock items. There may be a minimum quantity associated with non-stock and made-to-order items.
How do I choose the right size?
Size charts are available here to guide you. Size guide for each product can also be found under each product’s details.
How do I choose the right colour?
Product colours are available to view by selecting the colour you would like.
Can you provide a sample of a product?
If you would like a sample of a product that is in stock, the procedure is the same as a purchase and you may return the goods within 30 days of the invoice date for a full refund. We can give you a refund provided that the goods have not been worn, damaged, washed or altered. We cannot refund items of which you have not taken reasonable care. Please see our Return and Exchange policy for further information.
Can you provide a custom sample?
We do offer a made-to-order service, please contact Customer Services with your request and we will contact you with further information.
Can you provide a sample of a logo?
We can provide a sample of your logo if it is for embroidery. Please contact Customer Services with your request and logo artwork.
Do you personalise items?
Yes, we offer embroidery, printing and made-to-order services. Please see Personalisation for further information.
Do you offer alterations?
We offer complimentary trouser shortening on the items we sell. When possible, we can provide alterations which are charged accordingly.
How do i care for aris uniforms garments?
Make sure to check the item’s care label for washing instructions. Each item has its specific washing, drying and ironing specification. You can also refer to general washing instructions here.
WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We ship worldwide. The cost of shipping will be included in your price quotation.
When will my order arrive?
Cyprus deliveries are 1-2 days, International deliveries vary by country and will be stated in your price quotation. For Cyprus deliveries, a courier company will contact you for pick up. For International deliveries, your order will be delivered by a courier service.
Can I track the progress of my order?
For International deliveries we will send you an email with the tracking information.
What if I am not available when delivery of my package is attempted?
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note with information about the next delivery attempt or how to contact them.
What should I do if my order has not been delivered yet?
If you encounter a problem with your delivery, please contact us at Customer Services and we will be happy to help you.
What shipping options do you provide?
We will quote the most economical option along with its delivery time. Should you require an express delivery option this can be requested.
Can you deliver to an address that is not my billing address?
Yes, please let us know the address for delivery.
HOW DO I SHOP ONLINE?
Our online shop is coming soon and at present you can browse our website by clicking on the clothing categories linked at the top of the homepage. Then, simply select the item you wish to view and choose your desired colour and size.
HOW CAN I PLACE AN ORDER?
Please send the product code, colour, size and quantity of the items you are interested in to email@example.com and we will respond with price, payment and product stock details.
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?
You can try to cancel your order immediately after placing it by calling our Customer Service team on +357 25753490. Once the order has entered our warehouse system, however, we will no longer be able to cancel it. If you wish to change the details within an order, it will need to be cancelled and a new order must be placed; we cannot amend order details once they enter our warehouse system. If you have been unable to cancel your order, once you receive it you may return it for an exchange or a refund, please see our Exchange & Return policy for further information.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
It is our priority to ensure that you receive your order quickly. Therefore, it is often the case that the order has already been shipped, so that we cannot make any further changes. We are unable to cancel orders once an email confirmation is sent. We invite you to return the order to us for a full refund or exchange, please see our Returns & Exchanges policy for further information.
HOW CAN I TRACK A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
We will inform you via email once the return is received and is being processed. A further email confirmation will be sent for the refunds or exchange.
I AM MISSING AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER.
The delivery note in the parcel you have received will detail all the items that should be included in it. If an item is listed and is not in the parcel, please contact Customer Services and we will look into this matter without delay.
I RECEIVED A WRONG OR FAULTY ITEM.
We are very sorry you have received a wrong or faulty item in your order. Please return this to us for a full refund. If this is the only item on your order, we will also refund the delivery fee.
I HAVE BEEN REFUNDED THE WRONG AMOUNT.
We are really sorry that you have been refunded the wrong amount. Please contact us at Customer Services and we will look into this matter without delay.
AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES INCURRED DURING DELIVERY?
The buyer is responsible for all international duties and taxes incurred during delivery from Cyprus to non European countries.
WHAT IS THE VAT RATE?
VAT is charged at 19%.
WHAT CURRENCY ARE YOUR PRICES LISTED IN?
Our prices are listed in Euros. If you would like to work out the approximate cost in another currency, we suggest you use an online currency converter, which will give you an estimate of the cost. Please bear in mind that currency rates fluctuate daily, and your card will not be charged until the day your order actually ships which could result in a variation from the rate on the date the order was placed.
