Whilst designed for cutting bread, this serrated slicing blade could also be used for some tough meats, for example crackling.
The G-9 Bread Knife’s lightweight, perfectly balanced one-piece construction ensures comfort, control and flawless slicing.
Crafted in Japan from high carbon stainless-steel, GLOBAL knives are extremely durable with rust-resistant blades.
